Our Team

Uptime Group’s team daily work and activities are aimed at advancing the prosperity of the enterprise and its clients in the knowledge that Uptime is taking care of its employees’ well-being in return.

Many from Uptime’s team also go to school, working part-time and bringing into our house new knowledge and fresh thoughts. Uptime’s team evaluates work done with affection. Equally with prolonged work experience and extensive knowledge, or maybe even a little more are valued the will to work, desire to learn, a healthy dose of curiosity and kindly attitude. Employees have the opportunity to participate in training, take exams and obtain certificates.

In daily work there is a strong emphasis on interpersonal communication. In the end, everyone’s just human and makes frequently mistakes – the important thing is to admit it and to become more wise and skillful through it. Everybody in a project has a part in the creation of the ideas. To have an open attitude is to express your opinion, to criticize the work of others and to let others criticize yours. We’ll rather be friends with each other than colleagues, creating in the office together a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.
