History
Uptime’s predecessor, OÜ (LLC) Capricorn was founded in February 16th, 1992. In its early years it was engaged in software development and hardware sales. In 1997 three smaller IT enterprises were consolidated and continued activities under the name Süsteemiarenduse Partnerid (System Development Partners). At the end of 2000 the company had 17 employees, situated in two offices in Tallinn and Tartu. The company bears the name Uptime since the year 2003. The infrastructure services unit was separated from the rest of the company in 2007; it was subsequently named Uptime Systems. At the beginning of the same year a new office was opened in Helsinki. |
